Peachy Kefir Smoothie

All the ingredients that we need:

  • 4 cups of kefir 
  • 3-4 cups full of ice cube
  • 5-6 large pieces of  fresh and ripe peaches
  • 1 tablespoon of honey but you can put more if your prefer sweeter
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground ginger or cinnamon – to taste better!

Simple steps:

  1. Get a blender.
  2. Put the kefir, peaches and the ice in the blender.
  3. Blend it until the ingredients become smooth.
  4. Add honey then blend it again to mix the honey.
  5. Taste it and adjust the level of the sweetness you want.
  6. You may or may not add ground ginger or cinnamon to it.

Note

  • You may use crashed graham in the top of the smoothie, it add flavor to the drink.

We know all the global warming already exist and it’s giving as a very hard time, some may experience heat stroke, dizziness and etc so recently I drink a lot of juice or smoothie made from fresh fruits and vegetable to prevent and to reach my daily quota for my daily need of vitamins and minerals.
