- 2-3 picees of ice cube
- 3-5 pieces of fresh strawberries

Strawberry milk shake kefir is one of the easiest and healthiest fruit shake I ever make, I love strawberry because it is very rich in iron and antioxidant that can help me look younger and stronger. I once read in a magazine, that when we ate something red, it boost your blood ~ this saying more likely came from a eastern medical theory, but I’m not sure about it. You may remove the ice if you do not like to drink it chill, but we now the summer is too hot this year. Cheers!
