Ingredients you’ll need
- Kefir – 200 ml (or more)
- Avocado – 1 small
- Lemon juice – 1 to 2 tablespoons
- Red onion – 1 tablespoon chopped (1/4 small onion)
- Cilantro – 2 tablespoons chopped
- Red pepper flakes – 1/2 teaspoons
- Salt, pepper
- Simply combine all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
- If the soup is too thick add more kefir. And add more lemon juice if kefir is not acidic.
